If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Study Plan

Written in English or Chinese, including research achievements thus far (e.g. title and abstracts of graduation thesis or published paper), reasons for choosing OUC, study objectives while attending OUC, future research and career plans, etc.

*2. A 2-Inch Photo

*3. Scanned Copy of the first page of Passport

A clear copy of your valid passport with name, photo, birth date, place of birth, date of issue, and date of expiry clearly visible. Visa page is required for applicants who are currently living outside their country of residence.

*4. English proficiency test certificate

*5. Certificate of master degree

Graduation certificates should be notarized;
If not in Chinese or English, graduation certificates should be translated into Chinese or English.
If the applicant is a registered student, he/she should also submit his/her study certificate or transfer certificate issued by his/her school.

*6. Academic Transcripts of master degree

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.

*7. Recommendation letter

Please provide 2 recommendation letters written in English or Chinese by 2different professors or associate professors from previous.

*8. Non-criminal Record Certificate (Generally, it is valid for 3 or 6 months)

It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.

*9. Resume

1. The Education Background must start from Senior High School until now.
2. If you have worked or once worked, please fill out the Work Experience, and provide the Job Letter (certificate of employment).
3. If you have not worked after graduating from school, fill in the duration and "no working"

*10. Physical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)

Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

*11. Bank statement

Degree students must provide a bank statement of no less than 40,000 RMB.

12. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
