1. The Education Background must start from Senior High School until now.

2. If you have worked or once worked, please fill out the Work Experience, and provide the Job Letter (certificate of employment).
3. If you have not worked after graduating from school, fill in the duration and "no working"
Note: If not in English or Chinese, it should be translated into English or Chinese. If you can not find a translation organization, please contact CUCAS.4. HSK Certificate
Non-essential documents.If you are have, you can provide HSK grade 4 certificate for Bachelor Degree Program.
*5. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificates should be notarized;
If not in Chinese or English, graduation certificates should be translated into Chinese or English.
If the applicant is a registered student, he/she should also submit his/her study certificate or transfer certificate issued by his/her school.*6. High school academic transcript
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.
*7. Non-criminal Record Certificate (Generally, it is valid for 3 or 6 months)
It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.
If not in English or Chinese, it should be translated into English or Chinese.*8. Physical Examination Form(only valid for 6 months)
Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

Degree students must provide a bank statement of no less than 40,000 RMB.
10. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
